Fine Print:
- Room rates do not include taxes and other fees, but it does include free WiFi.
- River View rooms are on the south side of the hotel and face the Charles River.
- Balcony rooms are have small balconies.
- You may reserve a room starting up to three days earlier or stay up to three days later at the convention rate.
- Reservations may be canceled without a fee up to 72 hours prior to 11:59 PM EST the day of your arrival.
- The cutoff date for reservations is January 6, 2025. Guestrooms and the guestroom rate will be based on availability for any individuals needing reservations under the group block after the cutoff date.
